Our fee structure

Rookwood School’s fees are as inclusive as possible and additional charges are kept to a minimum.

  • Please note that all discounts are only applicable only towards the tuition fees and educational materials.

Early Years Funding

If you are eligible for either 15 or 30 hours, please notify our school so that we can provide you with the accurate fees applicable to this category.

Annual Payment discount

We are pleased to offer a discount of 2%. This discount does not apply to international students sponsored by Inspired Learning Group or to accounts with any outstanding historical arrears.

Sibling discounts

  • We are pleased to offer a sibling discount for families with multiple children enrolled.
  • Families with two children enrolled will receive a 7% discount on fees for the second child.
  • Families with three or more children will receive a 7% discount on the second child’s fees and a 10% discount on fees for each additional eligible sibling 
  • The eldest child is not eligible for a discount.

Armed Forces discounts

For families that work for the Armed Forces, they will receive an additional discount of 15%. Please provide evidence to obtain this.

What’s included

  • We offer a 15% discount off of tuition fees for serving members of the British Armed Forces. We are also proud to offer an additional 15% off boarding fees for the children of Armed Forces personnel who qualify for the CEA.
  • Tuition fees are reduced by 7% for a second child and 10% for a third.
  • We offer wraparound care, including breakfast, supper and a range of flexible boarding options to suit your needs, as well as numerous school minibus routes to the towns and villages surrounding Andover to get to Rookwood School.

Orchard Funding

Orchard Funding is available should parents wish to pay school fees monthly. Rookwood School is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Orchard Funding Ltd which is a lender authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with number 725315. Company number 06656377 registered at 222 Armstrong Road Luton LU2 0FY. Instalment credit option subject to terms, conditions, and acceptance.

Registration & Acceptance Fees

  • A Registration Fee of £100 is payable upon application for Reception Class upwards and is non-refundable.
  • An Acceptance Deposit of £300 (£100 for Little Rooks Nursery) is paid on acceptance of the offer of a place at Rookwood. The deposit will be refunded, without interest, after the pupil has left Rookwood School and after all fees and ‘extras’ have been settled, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (included with the offer letter and available on request).  If a pupil does not take up the accepted place, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • For those pupils who require a visa in order to study in the UK, a Visa Processing Fee of £950 is required before the school can process the application. This fee covers the additional costs the school incurs in sponsoring the visa process. This fee is non-refundable.
