We were delighted to welcome a group of Year 9 and 10 students from Argentina to Rookwood for a two-week immersion experience. During their stay, the students fully immersed themselves in life at Rookwood, joining lessons, exploring the local area and experiencing day-to-day school life alongside our pupils.
As part of their visit, the students also prepared and delivered presentations on Argentinian music and food, giving our pupils a wonderful opportunity to learn more about another culture and celebrate international perspectives together.
Experiences such as this broaden horizons, build confidence and foster meaningful cultural exchange, enriching the learning experience for everyone involved. As we reflect on their visit, we are delighted to share some of the students’ own feedback and memories from their time at Rookwood.
